Our restaurant for 40 people of which historical structure has been restored serves as breakfast salon in the mornings and as A’La Carte Restaurant at lunch and dinner times. On hot summer days, in our courtyard with a pool accompanied by sounds of water and light reflections you can taste the local delights prepared according to your wish and the meals particular to Turkish and international kitchens.

Furthermore, you can liven up your night by tasting local, foreign and Assyrian wine well-known all over the world in our wine-house in which you will see the real traces of a history of 1600 years and feel as if you are in a quite different world.

At the same time, our wine-house serves hot and cold beverages and some appetizers which will lighten you hunger during the day time.

Our ‘Divanhane’ where you can read your newspaper while drinking your coffee in the mornings or you can have tasty chats or small talks while sipping some myrrh after a pleasant dinner.

Wine House
What it tells is the history of the legend Midyat which was engraved as “Matiate the Cave Town” in the Assyrian tablets. The stories of numerous clans, cultures, beliefs which were born and grown in these lands… It is what it remembers from the life experiences in Upper Mesopotamia… It seems as if the vaults, the vestibules, the tunnels, the symbols carrying clouded beliefs are the quiet witnesses of the mysterious adventure…
